Chef Philip Carnegie is planning some special evenings for us this winter. Our Gourmet Dinners comprise six courses and include canapes, amuse bouche, starter, main course, dessert, home made bread, coffee and petit fours.

 

Phil makes superb use of the ingredients immediately around him and Scottish seafood and game feature prominently on his menus.
